1. Return Policy for Jigsaw Puzzles
We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as an undeliverable address, incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. However, if you encounter any of the following issues, we will strive to resolve them:

  • Damaged Items: If your jigsaw puzzle arrives damaged, please contact us within 60 days of receiving the item. You must provide photos of the damage and the packaging label. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement within 24 hours.
  • Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 60 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you as soon as possible.
  • Missing Items: If your order includes multiple items but one or more are missing, we will send the missing item(s) to you immediately. If you prefer a refund for the missing items, we will issue a partial refund calculated based on the fulfillment cost of the missing item(s) and any applicable shipping costs.

Please Note:

  • We do not process returns due to minor color or size variations that may occur during the printing process.
  • All claims must be submitted within 60 days of the fulfillment date. Claims submitted after this period will not be processed.

 

2. Refund Policy for Jigsaw Puzzles
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your jigsaw puzzle arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement. Please contact us with evidence of the issue within 60 days.
Undelivered Orders: For US orders, if your puzzle has not been delivered within 45 business days, you may request a full refund. For international orders, the timeframe extends to 60 business days.

 

3. Return and Refund Policy for eBooks
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for eBooks once they have been downloaded. If you encounter any technical issues with your download, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Exceptions:

If you accidentally purchase the wrong eBook, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase, provided the eBook has not been downloaded. We may issue a refund or exchange at our discretion.

 

4. How to Provide Evidence for Return and Refund Claims
To ensure a smooth process for your return or refund, please provide the following:

  • Unboxing Video: A full unboxing video of the item(s) showing the issue (e.g., damaged, incorrect, or missing items).
  • Photos: If the issue relates to the size or condition of the product, please provide photos, including a measurement if applicable.
  • Detailed Description: Include a clear and detailed explanation of the issue to aid in our investigation.
  • Readable Waybill: Ensure the waybill is readable and includes the tracking number, order ID, buyer’s name, and address.
